Job Description
Office Agent and Tour Guide:
• Guiding bike tours (Road or Off-Road)
• Helping with pre and post tour and rental organization
• Helping with company promotion process
and
• Covering basic daily office tasks: phone, fax
• Giving a great customer service
• Guest orientated behavior, helpfulness
• Fast and helpful, effective in giving information (travel tips, hints)
• Renting bikes
• PR work

Applicant can work in both position if fits for the requirements and flexible enough.

Requirements
- Responsible and organized
- Hard worker, reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- Enthusiastic, proactive and flexible
- Energetic, friendly, outgoing and available to travel
- Able to work long hours and under pressure
- Willing to meet people from around the world
- Available for an immediate start

and
Familiar with MS Office tools
Portuguese at good quality level speaking and writing
English Fluent speaking and writing
Car Driving License


Additional (not necessary, but are favorably looked upon)
- Graduation on Tourism and Service Industry
- International Work experience
- Cycling experience
- Scooter driving experience and Driving License
- German fluent speaking and writing
- Health and Safety certified
- First Aid Training and certification
