The main responsabilities will be:
- Maintain an effective, integrated Operational Risk framework environment, including policies, tools and methodologies that is operating to Group standards;
·Engage with the business to embed a responsible Risk culture across all business activities;
· Monitor internal and external operational risk trends and ensure that necessary mitigating steps are implemented;
· Report and escalate operational risk exposures as necessary;
- Standardisation of the Risk and Control Assessment (RCA) process through design and implementation of a consistent control framework;
- Integration of available operational risk information to produce a comprehensive risk landscape;
- Oversight and monitoring of audit activity and open audit points;
O que procuramos
The ideal candidate should have the following profile:
- University Degree in Accounting, Economics, Financial or Business Management;
- At least 3 years experience in risk management in a financial services company;
- Have advanced IT skills, especially in Excel and databases;
- Excellent strategic, planning and organisational skills;
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, resourceful and effective in solving problems with ability to work under pressure;
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work in a methodical manner and meet deadlines;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of working with people at all levels within and external to the business;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
