Our costumer is a multinational company which operates in several business areas, including Contact Center, Sales Support and others in Technologies. Following its growth strategy, intends to strengthen its international team in Lisbon with hiring a Junior Business Analyst with native level of English language.

Functional description:
- Will be responsible for the strategic business projects analysis, planning and implementation;
- Translate functional business requirements into technical solutions and articulate these solutions with the methodologies and procedures of the company;
- Responsible for the performance analysis and optimization of new procedures;
- Proactively engage with business partners to identify and define opportunities;
- Advance the strategic goals and objectives of the organization;
- Improve service quality for external customers;
-Where customization is required, will be responsible for development of the functional design and work with the development team to drive the customization process;
- Coordinate system and user acceptance testing and end user training.

Applicant Profile:
- Applicant must be fluent in English and Portuguese Languages (Important);
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Management or Computer Sciences;
- Previous contact center or BPO experience will be an asset;
- Experience in similar positions maximum 1 year;
- Experience with MS Office (MS Excel) and MS Project it’s a must;
- Excellent communication skills, positive and constructive mindset;
- Analytical and logical thinking, also a strong problem solving skill;
- Must be organized, proactive, dynamic and goal-oriented.
