THE ROLE Reporting to the Area Director, you will have the full responsibility of running a Business Center for Regus. This includes both responsibility for the Sales & Operations of this centre. You will be required to find new clients for your centre and keep a high customer satisfaction level with your present clients to ensure the client retention. You will also lead & motivate a team of Client Service Representatives and manage the Profit & Loss of your center. ABOUT YOU You are an energetic and driven business to business sales person who thrives on proactive lead generation and reactive selling in order to acquire new business. You enjoy being able to sell a wide range of flexible solutions and the opportunity this presents to you in maximising the revenues on your deals. You understand that actively listening to your prospects, understanding their needs, overcoming objections and tailoring solutions to fit their requirements is the key to negotiating and closing a deal. You are a team manager and you understand that the key to ensuring the operational excellence of your business relies on your team working collectively towards the same goals & targets. You are a proven leader who is skilled in developing and motivating your team, leading by example and providing a professional, courteous, customer centric environment for the clients. Through your experience in dealing with financials, P&L reports, forward order books & yield management, you are adept at making key decisions to enhance the profitability of your business. In addition to your strong sales skills, client satisfaction is firmly placed as a key driver in your approach to winning new business and retaining your clients in the center.
