Our costumer is a multinational company which operates in several business areas, including Contact Center, Sales Support and others in Technologies. Following its growth strategy, intends to strengthen its international team in Lisbon with hiring a Technical recruitment and selection with native level of French language.

Functional description:
- Will be responsible for developing the entire process of recruitment and selection of new employees for the French language, including the creation and placing of advertisements, screening curriculum, telephone and presential interviews, report and follow-up;
- The applicant must have the necessary know-how to use and identify various sources of recruitment;
- During the recruitment process will have to analyze and evaluate the level of French language applicants;
- Will be responsible for all administrative processes inherent in R & S.

Applicant Profile:
- Applicant must be fluent in French Language (Important);
- Good level of English preferably minimum level C1;
- Minimum qualifications at the 12th year;
- Experience in contact center environment will be an added advantage;
- Experience in similar positions minimum 1 year;
- Willingness to work in shifts and rotating days off;
- Must be organized, proactive, dynamic and goal-oriented.
