Our client is a prestigious multinational company, based in Lisbon, and is recruiting an analytical and innovative Compensation & Benefits Specialist.


Reporting directly to the Compensation & Benefits Team Leader, the main responsibilities of this role are:

-Perform the daily administration of the employment benefits plans, maintain appropriate records and monitor the Service Level Agreements established with the benefits providers, to guarantee that benefits are provided under the terms and conditions negotiated and therefore the best possible service is provided to employees;
-Analyse, control and review the invoices of the benefits plans, in order to ensure that the amounts are dully charged;
-Review existing benefits on a regular basis, research and suggest new benefits or changes to the existing plans in order to guarantee competitiveness and cost effectiveness;
-Support the annual benefits renewal, regular revisions, tender processes and implementation of new benefits by gathering and analysing information;
-Prepare and regularly update communication materials about compensation and benefits to provide employees with the most up-to-date information on their total reward package;
-Participate in the job evaluation of new and existing roles in order to determine the internal relativity and size of the jobs, proposing compensation packages aligned with the evaluation whenever relevant, so that internal consistency can be guaranteed;
-Participate in the execution of salary surveys/benchmark studies and analyse results in order to assist in comparing compensation and benefits plans and proposing reward packages to guarantee internal equity and market competitiveness;
-Prepare HR key indicators reports in order to provide the several areas of the business with accurate HR metrics and enable informed decisions.

The successful candidate will have the following requirements:

-University degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or equivalent;
-Experience in a similar role or as HR generalist;
-Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
-Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
-Good problem-solving skills;
-Proficiency in english (mandatory)
