Reporting to the Department Manager your responsibilities will include:

- Checking for all Relevant document e.g DC1 form and Drawing, Policy Plan, Property Document, S.S.P, Drainage Layouts for all Floors.
- Process all Building Permit application upto 350 person, where the peak flow does not exceeds 5l/s.
- Forward large/Mass Development to Design section, ashghal for review by senior Design engineer.
- Interact with design section for securing all the relevant information with regards to new design in some area.
- Estimate maximum foul drainage discharge and ask to propose appropriate depth of inspection chamber (i.C), sizes of pipes, Volume of Septic/holding Tanks.
- Conduct Discussion with various consultants with regards to their projects.
- Checking all P.D.F file and Autocad Dawing file in C.D prior to file approval.
- Perform other related duties as needed upon request by head of section or senior design engineer.
- Provide necessary technical support to senior design engineer as and when needed.
O que procuramos
As a successful candidate you will have:

- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Certificate by recognized office or agency in building inspection.
- At least two years of past working experience and building construction that strongly demonstrates knowledge and competence in construction plans as well as Uniform Building Codes perfectly.
- Min.5-7 years' experience
- Ability to read and interpret structure and building plans as well as grading and specifications perfectly.
- Should be well aware of all kinds of building codes and grading laws and regulations.
- Should be able to apply different procedures and systems of legal enforcement and/or prosecution.
