Reporting to the Department Manager your responsibilities will include:

- Build and maintain a robust, integrated operational plan for delivering all Drainage O&M activities. This is a new team will be formed to develop a holistic planning capability within Drainage O&M with a time horizon of a rolling 1 year programme.
This role is a step change for the organization towards catchment planning as a core capability where networks, pumping stations, treatment work, TSE needs are assessed as a whole.
This role will assess and prioritise investment needs based on legislation, H&S and analytics for O&M run assets. There will be similar tasks required to manage, review and advise on the Contractor run assets.
This role will work with other AM teams to ensure that a full inventory and risk review is carried out prior to the adoption and transfer of any drainage assets.
O que procuramos
As a successful candidate you will have:

- Must have a deep knowledge of at least one of the following asset groups - pumping stations, networks, treatment works, TSE and a good level of understanding of the others from a holistic planning and analytical stand point.
- Good knowledge of asset lifecycle planning within the context of leading practices
- At least 8 years work experience within the utility sector.
- At least 5 years work experience within an asset planning / asset lifecycle management environment is essential
- Utility experience and working within a similar role is highly desirable for the senior roles
- Experience of working in the Middle East region
- Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English is highly desirable
- Degree qualified is desirable however membership of a suitable professional body with relevant experience and proven track record will be considered
