Reporting to the Operations Manager will be responsible for a professional set-up and execution of Human Resources management and aligned processes to support the growth of the Portugal organization.
Duties & Responsabilities:Recruitment, Health & Safety, Worker Welfare, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, HR administration.
O que procuramos
The ideal candidate should have the following profile:
- A degree in Human Resources or similar education;
- At least 5 years experience in an international environment, preferably within the food processing;
- Excellent English skills in both verbal as written, and sound knowledge of Spanish or French is desired;
- Communicate pro-actively: Strong communication skills verbal and written, able to present, train and persuade in difficult situations;
- Act organization aware: able to understand the different business & market influences;
- Networking skills: Strong in establishing and maintaining relationships external and internal;
- Appear Market & Competition aware;
- Multi cultural sensitivity;
- Handle pressure and High energy level;
- Show critical sense;
- Act Customer oriented.
