Position: Lead Designer (m/f) Reference: Refª RH/ES/1411 Type: Full-time Function: Design the marketing & sales content including websites, logos, video, conference stands, flyers, catalogues and newsletters. Create the user experience and product design for the full PLUX product line, with a main focus on the flagship product physioplux. Primary Responsibilities: Take key message inputs from the marketing & sales director to design websites, conference material, sales presentations, videos, newsletters and other deliverables to for product promotion within the physiotherapy and research community highlighting the value of the products. Own the design and user experience of new features and training materials for the physiotherapy and researcher oriented products. This includes software and physical components such as stands, posters and packaging. Create the design and experience for new products in our pipeline. Interface with the software engineering team to ensure the approved designs and guidelines are properly implemented. Ensure validation and effectiveness of marketing campaigns Ensure validation and effectiveness of product user experiences Personal Profile / Skills: At least 3 years experience in marketing design Experience in product design (preferable) Knowledge of methodologies for marketing & product design (preferable) Ideally candidate would have knowledge of basic web stylesheet (CSS) & implementation technologies (HTML5, JavaScript) (preferable) Degree: University or Masters Degree in Design Personal Works efficiently and independently Polyvalent and multifaceted within the different components of design and mediums Organized and use of modern methodologies Interpersonal and customer oriented communication skills, including verbal and written English fluency, written and verbal
