Our client is a multinational company with a strong position in the telecommunications market. Following its growth strategy is seeking to recruit a Help desk Agent – Romanian Speaker.

Description of the function:
- Support multiple customers and give support if necessary;
- Configure solutions, budgeting and preparing business proposals;
- Support and clarify the sales force and customers;
- Update the information systems business;
- Manage the activities of business partners to support commercial activity;
- Diagnosis of technical issues and forwarding their situations for the Dept. Technical.

Candidate Profile:
- Minimal training High School education, being preferred higher education;
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar function;
- Good knowledge of English language with strong technical knowledge;
- Optimal knowledge of Internet tools and Outlook;
- Fluent or native Romanian speaker;
- Ability to communicate and be pro-active;
- Good teamwork Spirit;
- Availability to start functions.
