Our client is a prestigious furniture industry, based in Oporto, which, regarding to his large growth, is seeking for an:

Unit Security Manager (m/f)

With direct report to Business Control he/she will have as main responsibilities:

- Follow the performance in a uniformed security concept and verify that handling of the concept as well as parameters for measuring are in line with requirements;
- Centralized requirements for security (financial loss prevention) are directed from Group Security;
- Investigate minor to medium incidents, possibly on others units within the Group which means that some limited travel will be at hand.

Requirements:

- Degree in a related area;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience of crime prevention work/insurance investigation, or 5 years in an industrial company, within the field of internal/financial control;
- International project management experience in capacity building programs;
- Complete fluency in English;
- Experience in strategic and analytical work;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Ability to interact with people.
