Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the main responsibilities will be:
- Ensure strong and relevant promotional proposals for each of the banners;
- Enrich the category management approach with the customers;
- Design the promotional plan and organize the best use of the promotional budget for the Company (national activities as well as taylor made ones);
- Together with the KAM, develop the plan per banner for the year;
- Enable the KAM team to sell and prepare all promotional activities, by providing them with a top class material and appropriate back office support;
- Enable the Field Sales Team to sell and implement the negotiated promotional activities with a top class material and appropriate back office support;
- Ensure alignment in store execution on major Marketing and Sales initiatives via processes and tools;
- Maximize retailer specific opportunities to deliver incremental promotional opportunities aligned with brand strategy.
O que procuramos
The ideal candidate should have the following profile:
- University Degree in Business, Management or similar areas;
- Proven experience of 3/4 years in Trade Marketing roles in a FMCG company ;
- Used to dynamic and fmcg culture;
- Strong communicator, analytical, conceptual and a strategic thinker;
- Team player, as well as proactive and market-oriented;
- Determined, persistant;
- Able to work under pressure;
- Able to take initiative;
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages would be a "plus".
