Our costumer is a multinational company with a strong presence in national and international market. Following its growth strategy, intends to strengthen its team in Lisbon with a Payroll Junior.

Functional description:
- Ensure payroll processes are performed in due time and validate payroll before payment
- Handle exceptions and complex tickets regarding payroll escalated by Subject Matter Experts
- Analyze and approve feasibility of change requests and provide workload estimations to the client
- Guarantee the continuity of the service to the customers as contractually agreed;
- Participate in the development of innovative and proactive methods to assist the team in achieving performance standards
- Follow specific operational reports.

Applicant Profile:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business area or similar;
- Experience less than 1 year in payroll processes and employment law;
- Good knowledge in in SAP HR;
- Customer relationship it’s a plus;
- Possess a strong client focus and sense of accountability
- Good knowledge of MS Office – Excel it’s a plus;
- Fluent English and Portuguese.
