Our costumer is a multinational company with a strong presence in national and international market. Following its growth strategy, intends to strengthen its international team in Germany with hiring a Human Resources Director.

Functional description:
- Will be responsible for managing the Human Resources department, establishing HR strategies and organizational culture based on proactive approach;
- will be responsible for the recruitment & selection process’s and also will be responsible for establishing new hire orientation programs;
- Overseeing an HR controlling and motivational system;
- Responsible for the organization training system and payroll;
- Improving communication among the team.

Applicant Profile:
- Applicant must be native/fluent in German Language (Important);
- Fluent in English and Portuguese;
- Previous experience in industry or production companies is important;
- Degree in human resources management or similar fields;
- Experience in similar positions minimum 3 years;
- Must have availability for national and international travel;
- Must be organized, proactive, dynamic and goal-oriented.
