Our client is a prestigious multinational company with strong presence in the market in which it operates. Following its growth strategy, intends to strengthen its international team in Germany, by hiring a Human Resources Manager with native level in German.

Job Description:
- Management of the Department, defining Human Resources development strategies;
- Responsible for recruitment and selection of new employees;
- Management of the training system;
- Definition and Management of the Performance Evaluation System, Wage Policies, Compensation Management, Career Management System and Mobility, among other responsibilities;
- Manage the administrative tasks of HR, payroll and relationships with multiple entities;
- Encourage communication and motivation within the team.

Profile:
- Candidate with German nationality or fluency in German (Eliminatory);
- Fluent in English (Eliminatory);
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related field;
- Experience of at least 3 years in the job, preferably in industry, manufacturing, automotive, or similar;
- Must have availability to work in Germany;
- Organizational skills, proactivity, and great sense of responsibility.
