Your Mission
We’re supporting some of the most well-known brands in the on-line travel industry from our Contact Center in Lisbon, Portugal. We help travelers to easily research, plan, book and experience their
holidays or business trips, wherever they may be.
· Help customers book flights, transfers, hotels, cars and other travel-related services;
· Provide helpful and effective service for both “in travel” and “post travel” concerns;
· Calculate costs and/or refunds due to travelers and make adjustments to bookings.
Your Profile
· Certified travel agent - Finished degree “Reiseverkehrskaufmann/-frau“;
· Native level of spoken and written German (mandatory);
· Good level of English (minimum B1);
· Good working knowledge of computers, MS Office and common internet applications;
· Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills;
· Availability between 07h00 and 22h00, including rotating weekends.
