For the EMEA Headquarters in the center of Zurich we are looking to fill the position of: Credit Controller

Descrição:
- Prepare credit files and risk analysis of new accounts, granting credit lines according to competences defined in credit policy.
- Review existing customers credit limits according to frequency defined in credit policy.
- Ensure credit lines and risk categories assigned to customers are entered correctly in the system
- Control and release of orders on credit hold (CH) according to credit policy on a daily basis.
- Review orders on CH block situation with Credit Manager
- Report weekly orders block situation to NSM/Rep.
- Maintain a good communication line with Sales Rep and Customers.
- Reach targets on credit holds, credit limit excess and DSO defined by Credit Manager
- Keep cost of credit rating agencies under budget/contract terms
- The Credit Controller works for all countries handled in the Zurich offices (Europe and Middle East)

Perfil procurado:
- Good finance/accounting background, being able to understand the importance of the accounts receivable in the cash flow, as well as the role of credit risk within the Balance and Profit/Loss account.
- Fluency of the English language, including one or more of the following languages Norwegian, Swedish, Finish, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Dutch.
- Team player, with ability to participate in and facilitate meetings within credit department.
- Ability to produce quality material/reports to the sales reps.
- Proactive and good communicator.
