Solid multinational Hotelier Group based in the Algarve is recruiting a General Manager Hotel & Resort.

Reporting to the Group Managing Director, he will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the groupâs resorts.

To qualify for consideration, the candidate must meet or exceed the following:

General education related to hospitality, on middle and higher management level;
Minimum 5 years of experience, with 3 as General Manager of a 4**** hotel;
International experience (ideally);
Solid working knowledge of hotel management (operation, cost and margin control, revenue maximization, F&B operation);
Bilingual Portuguese-English (ideally);
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with several hotel operation systems;
Availability to live in the Algarve and to travel if required.
