Function:
- Provide Customer Support and Troubleshooting for Alcatel-Lucent equipment (9353 WMS)

Profile:
Mandatory:
- Education degree BSC
- Fluent in English (both oral and written)
- Advanced knowledge of Alcatel-Lucent UTRAN OSS Solution (ALU 9353 WMS)
- Available for on-call (out of normal working hours)
Relevant:
- Advanced knowledge (customer support and troubleshooting) of Alcatel-Lucent 9353 WMS
- 3 years of experience with Alcatel-Lucent 3G/HSPA WMS customer support activities
