Our Partner is a promising technology-based company dedicated to Web and Mobile environments, developing high performance and scalable products. Based in Portugal and working with large European and American companies, is experiencing an accelerated growth. For direct integration in their team, we are currently searching for a Project Manager (m/f), who is ultimately responsible for the definition, scheduling, tracking, co-ordination, execution and deployment of software development projects. The Project Manager will work with Engineering Managers to allocate and assign resources, solve scheduling and prioritization conflicts, and to motivate the organization. The responsibility of a project manager includes: -Create detailed schedules and drive software development projects forward through and around roadblocks, including tracking progress and issues;
Work with other managers across functional areas such as marketing, product management,quality assurance and operations to ensure timely and high quality project completion; -Assist Product and Engineering Management to balance tasks across resources to optimize efficiency;
Identify key issues/roadblocks for project and aggressively find solutions that allow the team to stay on track; -Optimize scope within constraints of cost, quality and time; -Contribute to weekly programme status reports;
Interact and co-ordinate Project Stakeholders; -Aid the implementation of SCRUM.

Procuramos

Academicals degree in computer Science or an equivalent degree;
. Experience of project management in a similar environment;
.Certification or extensive experience of formal project management methodologies such asPrince2 or PMBok;
Experience writing specifications and executing project plans from these documents;
Exposure to more than one software development approaches/methodologies (e.g. Agile, Iterative,Waterfall etc);
Flexible, ability to adapt to changing priorities and rapid change;
Energetic, dynamic and goal focused;
Ability to identify innovation to drive successful outcomes.
