Job Description
We require a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join the Marketing department to contribute to increased business success through web marketing activities. The chosen candidate will ideally have experience in working in a B2B/B2C environment, creating and updating website content and using a wide range of digital marketing tools. Provide intelligent analysis and reporting of online web analytics through assembly and delivery of monthly reports. Facilitate email-marketing campaigns, to drive incremental revenue, increase brand awareness, and improve customer loyalty. Maintain proactive management and consistent communication with sales team and clients; gather product feedback, customer needs, and overall improvement recommendations; work closely with Product Manager and Customer Support team to ensure that all client needs are met.
Successful candidates will have:
Degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
Three years of online experience with online media or in an agency environment.
Knowledge of interactive web strategies ? such as SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
Working knowledge of website builds/HTML.
Experience with website analytics software, Google Analytics, Comscore
Experience with affiliate agencies.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, proficient presentation skills, and strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
A high level of self-motivation required.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
