You will join a fast-growing company, market leader in providing high speed Internet access to the hotel industry. You are dynamic, friendly, outgoing, professional and empathetic and can clearly demonstrate the language and communication skills required to help business travelers use our services.Your Responsibilities:- Answer calls from business customers traveling throughout Europe and assist them with resolving their connectivity issues- Provide customers with a variety of information including answering technical and product related inquiries- Call back customers to follow up on outcome of proposed solutions- Diagnose basic network connection problems and escalate to 2nd and 3rd level teamsYour Skills and Experience:- Previous experience with customer contact (phone or face-to-face)- Solid PC skills and a solid knowledge of Internet related applications such as email and Internet browser- Strong typing skills of at least 25 words per minute- Excellent skills (written and spoken) in English plus TWO or more of the following languages: German, Spanish, Italian or FrenchYou enjoy working autonomously in a dynamic international environment where customer satisfaction is the driver.
