In this role you will ensure that company's order-to-cash procedures areproperly structured and related supporting systems correctly administrated,developed and interfaced. You will be responsible to maintain and enhancecompany's CRM, contract management tool and billing engines, whilesecuring accurate information flows amongst several operational systems.You will interact with different departments such as Sales, Finance, System& Product Development and IT, across all 15 subsidiaries, in order to supportthe users and collect requirements to recommend and implement newdevelopments for improving business procedures. You will also be part of theprocess of analysis and implementation of a new order-to-cash landscape tosustain company's global expansion and product portfolio growth.Your commitment- Configure, troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade company'sorder-to-cash systems.o CRM (Salesforce.com)o Contract & Document Managemento Billing engines- Configure, troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade software interfaces withthe order-to-cash systems. Analyze and evaluate present or proposedbusiness procedures or problems to define data processing needs.- Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems.- Interact extensively with Sales and Finance departments to collect businessrequirements and translate them into technical specifications for in-houseor third-party implementations.- Recommend and implement system developments to improve businessprocedures and users' experience.- Prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systemscapabilities and processes.- Research and recommend software development, purchase and use.- Manage projects and business relationships with software providers.- Troubleshoot and resolve software and technical interface problems,including user access, component configuration and databasemanagement.- Record and maintain software licensing, user access and security.- Work as a team member with other technical staff to ensure connectivityand compatibility between systems.- Write and maintain system documentation.- Provide user support and training.- Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed,stored or accessed by the systems.- Document system problems and resolutions for future reference.- Provide support for special BSS projects (e.g. new order-to-cash landscape)Your profile- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Managementor comparable education- Excellent skills in SQL (mySQL, Oracle SQL, PostreSQL) and scriptinglanguages (PHP, Perl, Java)- Good knowledge of Linux / Unix OS- Solid experience with database analysis and management, systemintegration and data migration- Familiarity with order-to-cash systems and procedures, especially CRMand contract management- Project management experience- Good knowledge of Salesforce.com and / or SAP is a plus- Previous work experience in the telecommunications or IT business is alsoan advantage- Written and spoken English, other languages, especially French,are an assetYou enjoy working in a dynamic international environment where businesslanguage is English and customer satisfaction is the driver.
