Job Description
If you enjoy working with people and providing a comprehensive holiday consultation service to customers this could be the dream job for you. Working within a knowledgeable team of Travel Agents you will be responsible for putting together the dream holiday for this companys membership base.
Roles/Responsibilities
Meeting outlined sales targets and key performance indicators
Providing comprehensive customer service via telephone and email to the Scandanavian market in either Swedish, Danish or Norwegian and English
Promoting and marketing the range of products and services available to members
Contacting members via outbound calls as required
Using the various booking systems (Sabre/Galileo/Amadeus) to make, amend reservations
Associated Administration
Skills/Experience
Full spoken and written fluency of either Swedish, Danish or Norwegian as well as English
Must have experience working on either Sabre/Galileo/Amadeus
Minimum of 1 years Travel Consultant in a sales driven environment
Knowledge of the Travel industry, chartered and scheduled flights, airline carriers
Strong communication skills
Excellent negotiating skills
Positive, friendly personality
Customer focussed
Proven ability to meet KPIs and sales targets
Team worker
