Our client are a well known multinational organisation based in Dublin 15.
They are currently recruiting for a number of Portuguse Customer Service staff for a 12 month fixed term contract which may be extended. Full training and support will be given to the successful candidates.
The roles will involve dealing with customers over the telephone, and providing them with excellent customer service. You will take ownership of customer queries and help to solve them through understanding and troubleshooting the issue.
You will be customer focused with excellent communication skills. You will speak Portuguese at native level, and be fluent in English also. You must be eligible to work in Ireland on a full time basis.
