Spanish & Portuguese Customer Service Representative / Dublin

Our client is seeking to recruit a native Spanish Customer Service Representatives with fluent Portuguese
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
ORDER MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
COMPLAINT HANDLING
INTERFACES WITH SALES FORCE, WAREHOUSE, ETC
BILLING
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Third level education in related discipline.
Native Spanish with Fluency in Portuguese and English - essential for this role.
Computer knowledge: Windows application Word/Excel to Intermediate level, including basic keyboarding skills (+ 35 wpm). Additional systems skills preferable.
Minimum 2 year of experience in a Customer Service environment.
SAP knowledge is an advantage.
