Spanish Customer Servie with fluent Portuguese required

SALARY: 26/27K

Duties and Responsibilities

-Customer Service duties
- Drive customer satisfaction by utilising outstanding communication techniques
- Responsible for managing all aspects of order scheduling for the portfolio of distributor & direct customer accounts in line with guidelines
- Liaise across operations and sales organisations in support of customer requirements
- Coordinate problem resolution to ensure customer satisfaction and attainment of performance goals

Skills/Experience Required
- Language Skills: Spanish native speaker with fluent Portuguese

Experience using MS Office suite
- Knowledge of SAP applications an advantage
- - Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Third level qualification in a business or related discipline
