Job role
As a credit collector you will be working in the department of Credit. The responsibility covers a high level of receivables and includes the following tasks:
-Investigate issues that occur after sales and clarifying mismatching payments with customers, accounting and business
-Key objective will be to reduce the number of days our invoices are unpaid (days sales outstanding) and maintain the quality of the aging of invoices.
-Communication with customers is mostly done via telephone and letters.
-Credit analysis of clients accounts
Key skills required:
-Fluent level of Portuguese, English and French
-Knowledge of windows based packages.
-At least 1 year in financial administration
-SAP skills will be highly considered
-Previous experiences in the financial or accounting area
-Interpersonal skills
-Team player
-Numerical skills are essential.
-Planning and prioritizing own workload to meet deadlines
-Working under time pressure and as part of a team
-Attention to detail, motivated and with excellent communication skills
