Main responsibilities:
âProvide a high level of Customer Service Support,
âOrder management - receiving order from customer over phone, email and fax, order processing
âHandling customers order, billing and sales queries
âProvide technical and product support
âLiaise with the sales force on a regular basis as regards orders, consignments, changes to customer accounts and general information from customers
âCommunication with internal and external stakeholders
âInvoicing processing
Requirements:
â3rd level education (BA/BS) OR equivalent experience
âExperience in customer service and order management
âCompletely fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese with excellent spoken and written communication
âStrong problem solving skills
âAbility to multitask and to work cross-functionally
