10 years professional experience in Multinational company in FP&A / Management Control / Industrial control department of a large Business unit or Headquarters Degree in Business administration (postgraduate is welcome)
Experienced in Finance and Controlling
Experienced with FMCG industry or Industrial sector
Familiar with Industrial, Sourcing and Commercial processes
Experience outside of home country or working in a multinational environment
Available for travel
Fluent English
Excellent analytical capability
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong influencing skills
Flexibility
Strong autonomy and personal drive
Strong result-orientation and accountability
Executive maturity
Solid business understanding
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Analyze monthly performance and prepare monthly Board report and Group scorecard & KPIs
Analyze monthly working capital and cash flow
Analyze monthly functional performance and prepare monthly functional scorecard, scorecard & KPIs.
Support Sourcing, Manufacturing, Commercial & Synergies performance management & monitoring.
