Customer Service Rep with Portuguese & Spanish
My client is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Representative with Portuguese & Spanish for their office based in Liffey Valley, West Dublin.
This role involves the following:
Working in a team dedicated to providing a professional, personalized and efficient valued service to Enterprise customers.
Supporting and cooperating with internal customers such as, Sales, Marketing, Technical Support and Order Services Group.
Answering incoming calls and emails from customers.
Taking responsibility for specific language queues.
In addition to this the following key skills are required:
Minimum of 1 years Customer Service experience is essential.
Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese and English essential.
Fluency in an additional language an advantage.
Excellent communication skills.
A team player.
Enthusiastic and Committed.
