IT Alliance are seeking a number of Multilingual Customer Service Agents who are fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese. Applicants must also have an excellent command of English.
3-4 years demonstrated work experience in an customer service or telesales environment.
BA/BS or equivalent required.
Demonstrated excellence in customer service
Experience in international and / or domestic logistics or supply chain management.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation experience and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of business
Start date: 9th November, 2009
Rate: 160pd
Lenth of contract: 6 weeks
