This position will provide the right candidate with the opportunity to become part of the finest Customer Service team in the online poker industry. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this start-up area of the business provides potential for rapid growth within our company, which is the support arm for Full Tilt Poker, a site that is endorsed exclusively by 12 of the best players in the world. The ideal candidate for this position will be based at our corporate offices in Dublin, Ireland and work closely with the Senior Operations Manager for Multilingual email and phone support.
Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Representing the company by being the first point of contact with our customers
Guaranteeing an unparalleled Customer Service experience
Ability to work well as part of a team in a collaborative environment
Ability to meet targets and deadlines
Must show excellent attention to detail
Flexibility in working hours (evenings, nights and weekend required)
Skills / Experience Required:
2-3 years high volume customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Experience writing customer service correspondence.
Excellent email skills including answering emails for Customer Service area
Must be fluent in Portuguese with excellent written and oral English
Proficiency in MS Office
General Internet Experience
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of poker an advantage though not essential
Customer Service/ Call centre experience essential
Self-motivated and results oriented
Strong Team Player
