West Dublin based Company are seeking to recruit an Order Processor / Customer Sevice Administrator with Native Spanish and fluent Portuguese and English. As part of a team the role will involve overseeing the order management process on behalf of the customer, resolution of all queries, liaising with various internal departments to ensure delivery of high levels of customer service.

The ideal candidate will have native level Spanish and fluent Portuguese and English, a working knowledge of SAP and previous experience of order management coupled with a strong customer service ethic and good PC skills. Previous experience working in pharmaceutical or bi-science would be an advantage.

For this role you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver high levels of customer service.
