Multinational company, operating in the industrial area, wants to recruit:

HR Director
(m/f)
Portugal Center

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this professional will be responsible for:

Manage all human resources programs, processes, and initiatives at the location;

All labour relations and labour contract administration;

Management and organization development;

Elaborate training programs;

Staffing and employments policies;

Compensation and benefit administration;

Legislative compliance and coordination with government agencies.

Requirements:

University degree in Management, Human Resources Management and other similar areas

5 to 7 years of experience in the area;

Proven experience in the tasks mentioned;

Strong experience in industrial environments;

Domain of Microsoft Tools;

Experience in leading teams (strong leadership capabilities);

Capability to work with no direct supervision and also to work in stressed environments;

Strong oral and written communications skills.
