We are a young growing startup rental platform based in Lausanne with more than 7000 apartments in major European cities.
We are seeking Customer Service Assistants and two people for the Telesales team for our branch in Lisbon.
Profile:
- Provide exemplary service to our customers
- Good communication skills
- Good argument skills
- Team work spirit
- Fluent in French and/or English and/or German (written and oral)
- Preferably with customer service experience
- Be comfortable with being part of a young, dynamic and international team (the average in the company is 25 years old and the main language used is English)
We offer:
- Learning experience at a startup company
- Contract
- Salary between 1000-1400 (depending on language skills and experience)
- Two schedules: 8h30-17h30 and 10h30-19h30 and a possibility of working part-time on weekends
