Med Info Associate - Spanish and Portuguese

Working within our Clients growing Medical Information team, you will provide medical information support to stakeholders by researching and responding to technical enquiries from approved resources.

Responsibilities

- documenting and answering enquiries accurately and according to protocols, GCPs and regulatory guidelines

-identifying and recording adverse events and product issues.

-strong focus on providing excellent customer service committed to delivering high quality results.

Requirements

- registered nurse or pharmacist or scientist

-Customer service focus together with some experience

-Preferably some hospital or industrial scientific experience (not essential)

-FLUENT written and verbal skills in both Spanish and Portuguese essential

The person

- be able to demonstrate excellent customer service expertise, strong interpersonal skills and exceptional written and verbal communication.

-proficiency in the use of MS Office packages,

-possessing good organizational and time management skills.
