Our client is urgently seeking Customer Service Rep with 2 years + experience in a busy call centre environment. With one of the following languages:
Chinese, Norwegian, Korean, Japanese, Russian, Portuguese, German, French, Greek.
The ideal candidate will have 2 year plus customer service experience, an interest in Online gaming, the ability to respond to e-mail complaints and queries and answer the phone in a very busy call centre environment.
* Native level in 1 of the above languages
* 2 Years experience in a busy call centre environment
* Experience responding to e-mail queries and complaints
* An interest in Online gaming is an advantage.
Fluent in English
