Descrição da função:
- Manage the resourcing and workflow of the team and to meet contracted Customer Service/Satisfaction targets;
- Act as a role model for core business and personal values in communication, team working, performance, motivation, personal standards, professionalism, attitude and enjoyment.
Perfil do candidato:
- Experience in delivering World Class customer service;
- Experienced in people management (minimum 1-2 years), i.e. can motivate, steer and develop a team to deliver world-class service;
- Multicultural awareness;
- Experience in a young and dynamic environment;
- Result focused and track record of achieving objectives
- Energetic and ambitious (potential to move up)
- Excellent language skills being fluent in English and ideally in additional languages
