International company Vision International People Group PL is one of the leading companies in Biologically Active Food Supplements (BAFS) sphere, which turnover in the world reaches 155 million dollars per year, is searching for a Customer Relations Officer in Lisbon (employee for Portugal branch of the company).

Character of position:

- Increase of all distributors marketing activities according to rules and standard model;
- Organizing of events that are focused on sales growth and development of local distributing network;
- Information of distributors on current promotion actions and projects;
- Assurance of proper translation of marketing materials or special adapted contents for Portugal web-site of Vision;
- Preparation of plans and estimation of expenditures related to distributors’ education and training events and major cities development project;
- Maintenance of all necessary actions to ensure successful implementation of business development plans in respect of E-Commerce, Major Cities Development and Training programs

Requirements:

- University or College degree in a relevant field, preferable field: marketing, website development or internet marketing, public relation;
- Experience in customer service, internet commerce, MLM (multi-level marketing) sales, network marketing or organizing events;
- Excellent skills to manage people motivation and positive thinking;
- Excellent command of written and spoken local language and Russian (English language would be advantage)
- Knowledge and expertise using: power point, excel, word (RPM program would be advantage);
- Strong marketing and sales orientation, focused in results;
- Professional attitude- presentable, friendly, punctual, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of team spirit.
