Descrição da função:
Reporting to the Head of AXA GS Common Services in Portugal, the main responsibilities of this position are:
- Coordinate a team of 5 ABAP developers responsible for the developments in the scope of application maintenance;
- Interaction with functional teams, demonstrating knowledge of the business processes;
- Solution design and compliance with best practices and development guidelines;
- Guaranteeing realization by the team on time and on budget;
- Budget control of own team and scope;
- Assignment of tasks and effective utilization of team members;
- Management reporting.

Perfil do candidato:
- Degree in a relevant area, such as, Computer Science or Engineering;
- At least 6 years of minimum experience in ABAP development and project delivery;
- Experienced Senior ABAP developer with experience in leading small teams;
- Experience with system interfacing and workflow;
- Participation in projects in the financial area;
- Knowledge of ABAP OO is considered a plus;
- Ability to coach fellow colleagues;
- Availability to travel;
- Working alongside internal and external suppliers;
- Excellent written and spoken English.
