Our company SELLBYTEL Group is looking for Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, Dutch, Flemish/French, Austrian, Swiss, French, Italian, Spanish, Hebrew, Greek Inside Channel Account Managers for one of the most important company in the field of Networking and Telephony.
Dimension & Scope:
The ICAM is responsible for working closely with the in-country resellers of the client. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy a sales position with an emphasis on building strong B2B relationships; are achievement-oriented and believe in performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals
Work is primarily done over the phone and by email
The ICAM will be assigned to one country
The ideal ICAM is success-driven, works well in a multinational team environment and enjoys a dynamic and changing environment
Good at driving partner revenue generation activities via demand creation & lead management.
Good at educating partners on client products and technologies.
Good at building routes to market and registering partners.
Good at Inspiring investment via recruitment & development of partners,
Good at articulation of client value proposition to vendors.
Ability to focus on partner profitability
Aligning client resources and orchestrating Field/ISAM engagement
Responsible for executing Channel strategy
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a relationship with a set of the clients resellers, in order to increase the revenue the resellers generate for the client.
Assist resellers to manage end-user opportunities from identification to closure.
Communicate the clients channel messages to the set of resellers, and to evangelize on the adoption of the clients key market messages.
Work towards becoming a trusted advisor for the reseller on such topics as the clients: product portfolio, programs, sales promotions, Go-to-Market strategy, vertical market segments, technical skills, sales skills and industry knowledge.
By evaluating the resellers current business strategy create a joint business plan with the resellers in order to move the relationship forward towards a higher level of loyalty and revenue generation for the client.
Act as the general point of contact for the reseller, and will assist the reseller in opportunity management, typically by leveraging the resources the client has to offer the reseller i.e. engagement with clients field sales force. In addition, they will be required to forecast opportunities/leads on a weekly basis, which will roll up to the clients senior management for global forecasting purposes.
Maintain and update information regarding their set of resellers in the clients Customer Relationship Management tool.
Education & Professional Certifications:
University degree or equal education ideally in Business Administration or IT
Candidate Profile:
Two to four years related experience, preferably within a contact center or fast moving sales environment, IT sector experience is a plus
Excellent people management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent telephone skills
Work toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration and motivation and time/work prioritization
Fit with clients culture
Ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem solving skills when making decisions
Ability to establish a course of action for self to accomplish goals while using appropriate resources
Work well under pressure, professional demeanor
Self-driven
Fluency in English and the language of target market is a must
Must have proficiency with various software applications program including Microsoft Office and, if possible, a CRM tool such as Siebel, SAP, etc.
Basic knowledge of networking is beneficial
Knowledge of web is a requirement
