They are currently seeking Portuguese Customer Service Representatives.
The position is a fulltime permanent role bases in Waterford.
Duties include:
Processing of transactions via email & fax Setting up of new and providing support on existing accounts. Making outbound calls on customer queries. Providing support on customer queries and dealing with in a a timely & efficient manner.
Required:
NativePortuguese with fluent English Business qualification or work experience in a simalr type role. Strong systems experience and ability to wokr on own initative.
