Role:
Answer questions, via phone and e-mail, regarding:
•Tracing payments / transfers
•Cancelling payments / transfers
•Open a corporate account
•The CSR will liaise with national and international client branches.
Ideal Candidate:
•Excellent communicator, inSpanish & Portuguese & English, spoken and written.
•Customer focused
•Stress resilient
•Responsible
•Good MS Office skills
•preferably higher level education
