• Duties include developing operating structures, policies and systems that will ensure the operation meets its financial, quality and customer satisfaction targets and managing resources to optimise service levels
• To lead and manage a team of Customer Service Team Leaders and Representatives who are points of contact for customers, this includes training, motivation and coaching of team members
• To ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded. Requirements• 6 years commercial experience, fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English• 4 years Customer Service experience including 2 years experience in a multilingual multicultural Customer Operations/Service/Call Centre operation• Minimum 4 years direct people management experience to include proven results in employee development, recognition of results and employee motivation• Implementing systems/process improvements• Leading within a multi cultural environment
