Corporate Customer Service Agentwith Fluent Spanish and Portuguese
Location: Venlo, The Nederlands
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week
Start Date: Feb 2nd 2009
Salary: €21k + Excellent Benefits
Role:
Answer questions, via phone and e-mail, regarding:
•Tracing payments / transfers
•Cancelling payments / transfers
•Open a corporate account
•The CSR will liase with national and international client branches.
Ideal Candidate:
•Excellent communicator, inSpanish, Portuguese& English, spoken and written.
•Customer focussed
•Stress resilient
•Responsible
•Good MS Office skills
•Preferably higher level education
