Your responsibilities:
• Answering telephone calls and dealing with them efficiently to ensure a positive experience for our customers
• Providing hardware and software telephone support
• Obtaining accurate customer details and amending call-handling system when applicable
• Escalating calls that cannot be resolved locally
• Positively managing internal relationships
• Able to achieve set goals
• Previous experience on a similar position is an advantage
Your skills:
• Proficiency in Portuguese + fluent level of English
• Willingness to develop and make use of your language skills
• Minimum 6 months work experience in a customer service/contact centre environment or strong IT skills essential
• Preparedness to learn new things
• Very good communication skills
• Positive attitude
