Role: Opportunities now exist to for Customer Support and IT Support specialists to support clients in their EMEA region in their Barcelona office. The role is a mixture of Customer Support, IT Support & Pre Sales where you will be assigned a Country to work for (either Portugal or Spain). Portuguese agents need also to speak fluent Spanish

Skills: Ideally you will be native-level fluent in Spanish, Portuguese or Spanish/Portuguese with fluent English and 1 to 2 years minimum of experience in Customer Support or IT Support working for an IT company.
