Company: Our client is a major International services company with over 5,000 staff in Europe, Middle East and Asia and €1bn+ in annual revenue. They are a NYSE quoted company that is establishing a European support centre in Ireland to manage their European customer service and technical support operations. Their Dublin centre will support their Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Dutch, German, English, Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese and Greek markets. Opportunities exist for German customer account managers to join their new German team in Dublin.

Role: This new German team will be responsible for supporting the German, Austrian and Swiss markets. Their customer account team is responsible for supporting their business customers on products issues, orders, invoicing and credits. You will deal with customers via email, fax and phone to support their requests.

This start-up operation will give you the opportunity to join a growing company at the ground level where you can learn the processes, systems and understand the nature of their business that will allow you to develop your skills and move into a more senior position.

Skills: The ideal candidates will possess fluent German, with fluent English and will have experience of supporting customers, administration, sales support or organization skills. Candidates that can demonstrate team work and the desire to learn and develop customer and account management skills are preferred.
